For edges up to 600mm in length: $5.00 + GST/piece

For edges 601–1,800mm in length: $8.00 + GST/piece

For edges 1,801mm and above in length: $12.00 + GST/piece

Note: An additional set-up fee may apply for orders with fewer than 30 pieces.

Arborwood Machinery now offers a sharknose 45° bevelled edgebanding service for your doors and drawers, completed on the Aaron AU45D.

This serves as an opportunity for us to showcase the ease-of-use, stability and reliability of our machinery as we deliver our service for more than 250 cabinetmakers and joineries across VIC, NSW and ACT.

Important Notes

1. Edging Tape Supply (Width great than 29mm)

   • Customers must supply their own edging tape in sufficient length if not using our ABS options.
   • We can provide ABS edging tape only in black or white (charged an extra 50c per piece)

2. Board Processing

   • Boards will be processed as received.
   • Please provide 1-2 extra pieces or test boards for setup and calibration.

3. Edge Finishing Options

   • Due to the nature of edge finishing, please select one of the following processing methods:

   Option 1 – 3 Sides Edged

   • If you prefer to apply edgebanding to the other three straight edges first, you can then send the board to us for 45° bevelled edging on the final side.
   • The designated bevelled edge should be left in its original square shape before processing.

   Option 2 – No Sides Edged

   • Send in the board without any edgebanding applied (all four sides left square and plain).
   • Mark the side that requires the 45° bevelled edge.
   • Once processed, you can then apply edgebanding to the remaining three sides.
