45 Degree Bevelled Edgebanding Service in NSW and VIC

45° Edgebanding Service Now Available

Arborwood Machinery now offers a 45° bevelled edgebanding service for your doors and drawers, completed on the Aaron AU45D.

Please refer to the pricing details below:

For edges up to 600mm in length:

• Using our ABS edging tape (white/black): $5.50 + GST per piece
• Using your own edging tape: $5.00 + GST per piece

For edges 601–1,800mm in length:

• Using our ABS edging tape (white/black): $8.50 + GST per piece
• Using your own edging tape: $8.00 + GST per piece

For edges 1,801mm and above in length:

• Using our ABS edging tape (white/black): $13.50 + GST per piece
• Using your own edging tape: $13.00 + GST per piece

Note: An additional start-up fee applies for orders with fewer than 30 pieces.

Important Notes

1. Edging Tape Supply

   • Customers must supply their own edging tape in sufficient length if not using our ABS options.
   • We provide ABS edging tape only in black or white (charged as per the pricing above).

2. Board Processing

   • Boards will be processed as received.
   • Please provide 1-2 extra pieces or test boards for setup and calibration.

3. Edge Finishing Options

   • Due to the nature of edge finishing, please select one of the following processing methods:

   Option 1 – Pre-Edged Boards

   • If you prefer to apply edgebanding to the other three straight edges first, you can then send the board to us for 45° bevelled edging on the final side.
   • The designated bevelled edge should be left in its original square shape before processing.

   Option 2 – Plain Boards

   • Send in the board without any edgebanding applied (all four sides left square and plain).
   • Mark the side that requires the 45° bevelled edge.
   • Once processed, you can then apply edgebanding to the remaining three sides.
